By accessing this website, booking a strategy call, purchasing a service, or engaging our services, you confirm that you:

3. Payments & Fees

• All fees are quoted in [PHP / USD – choose one] unless stated otherwise.
• Full or partial payment may be required before work begins.
• Payments are non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Late or failed payments may result in paused or terminated services.

4. Project Timeline & Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients agree to:

• Provide required materials (content, branding, access credentials) promptly
• Respond to feedback requests within a reasonable timeframe
• Review and approve deliverables during the project

Delays caused by the client may extend the project timeline.

5. Revisions & Support

• Reasonable revisions are included as defined in your service package.
• Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.
• The 30-Day Launch Support includes minor adjustments, performance tuning, and support related to the delivered website—not full redesigns or new features.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• The client owns the final website files and content delivered.
• WordPress Titans retains the right to display completed projects in portfolios, marketing materials, and case studies unless otherwise agreed.

We retain ownership of proprietary systems, frameworks, templates, and plugins unless explicitly transferred in writing.

7. Content Accuracy & Client Materials

Clients are responsible for ensuring that:

• All provided content is accurate, legal, and non-infringing
• They own or have permission to use all submitted text, images, and media

WordPress Titans is not liable for content provided by the client.

8. SEO & Performance Disclaimer

While we follow best practices for SEO, performance, and conversion optimization:

• We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue results.
• Website performance may be influenced by factors beyond our control (hosting, competition, algorithm changes, client actions).

9. Third-Party Tools & Services

Your website may integrate third-party tools, plugins, or services (e.g., hosting providers, analytics, email services).

WordPress Titans is not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by third-party platforms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

WordPress Titans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruptions, or data loss arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service provided.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service if:

• Abusive, unethical, or illegal behavior occurs
• Payments are not fulfilled

Clients may terminate services by written notice, subject to payment obligations already incurred.
